Dry Needling For Tendinopathy

Tendinopathy has been described as a combination of pain, swelling, and impaired performance of the tendon and the structures around it. Research has provided initial support for the efficacy of dry needling in the treatment of tendinopathy. It seems that tendon needling is minimally invasive, safe & inexpensive, carries a low risk, and represents a promising area of future research.
